Purpose:

Drive scalable, predictable enrollment growth through channel strategy, funnel optimization, and rapid experimentation.

Essential Functions:

Primary Accountabilities:

Manage funnel performance including landing pages, routing, and conversion logic:

  • Own end-to-end performance of the enrollment funnel from first click through completed enrollment
  • Optimize landing pages, conversion flows, routing logic, and user pathways to maximize conversion rates
  • Identify and eliminate friction within the funnel in partnership with Product, Lifecycle, and Automation
  • Establish clear performance benchmarks and continuously improve conversion efficiency across each step

Design and execute experiments to improve conversion and scale:

  • Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap across channels and funnel stages
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests focused on improving conversion and scalability
  • Prioritize experiments based on potential impact, speed to insight, and alignment with growth goals
  • Rapidly scale winning tactics and deprecate underperforming strategies

Own performance forecasting and growth modeling:

  • Develop and maintain enrollment forecasts based on channel performance, population inputs, and conversion assumptions
  • Model growth scenarios to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and leadership decisions
  • Ensure forecasts reflect real constraints, including eligibility, marketing access, and technical readiness
  • Provide clear, data-backed recommendations on growth potential and required investments

Ensure data integrity and performance reporting for decision-making:

  • Establish standards for “decision-grade” data across performance reporting
  • Partner with Analytics and Automation to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues that could distort performance insights
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership, translating complex data into business-relevant insights

Allocate resources based on performance and return on investment:

  • Determine how marketing resources (channel effort, budget, team focus) should be allocated based on performance
  • Continuously reallocate resources toward the highest-performing channels and tactics
  • Balance short-term gains with long-term scalability and sustainability of growth
  • Ensure that all investments are tied to measurable outcomes and ROI

Qualifications:

Education:

  •  BA/BS required. 
  •  Degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics preferred

Experience:

  • 10+ years in B2B2C marketing roles, focused on performance or analytics
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling lifecycle or conversion systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in agile, data-driven environments.
  • Experience working with or influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.

General Working Conditions:

General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned an office.
